Do you want to practice languages, find speaking partners or just meet new people from all over the world?
Hey, my name is Anton and I'm the founder of "Anton's Events"! I would like to invite you to the Language Exchange Afternoon, which will take place on November 15th at Otto-von-Guericke University Campus, Gebäude 22, Room A112!
Over the last three years I have visited numerous meetup events in several cities, gathering feedback from participants and thinking about how to organize the ideal language exchange day, where everyone would feel comfortable and relaxed.
Crowded bars, loud music, the smell of smoke that can't be washed out of clothes, lack of organization - all of this always spoiled the impression of the events, and this is why we want to hold an event free from these disadvantages!
Right near Universitätsbibliothek tram station, in Vilfredo-Pareto-Gebäude we look forward to welcoming you at our event, where you can practice the language (regardless of your level) and make new connections!
We will have ice breaking activities, language games and topics to talk about, but of course you're free to steer the conversation in any direction!
The list of languages will be updated. We will for sure have German, English, Spanish and French tables. Among the participants we already have Japanese, Georgian, Russian, Hindi, Chinese speakers.
The entry fee is your donation on Eventbrite - pay what you can, so we can plan more such events in the future!
