2:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Theory & Discussion, walkthrough of transformation techniques with live demos
3:15 PM - 3:30 PM: Coffee & Bio Break
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Hands-On Project, transform a dataset end-to-end, guided by facilitators
