💃🏼Mitten im Karneval laden wir dich ein, dich in deinem Körper und deiner Bewegung - jenseits Jeckness - auszudrücken.
Dieser Impro-Tanz-Abend ist offen für alle — egal ob Anfänger*in oder
Profi, allein oder gemeinsam, jeck oder Karnevalsskeptiker*in. Du bist
eingeladen, deine eigene Ausdruckskraft zu erforschen und auszuleben,
so wie du gerade bist.

🌀 Impro-Tanz-Lab (18:30–20:00 Uhr)
Durch Übungen aus Tanz, Performance & Theater kommen wir in Kontakt
mit unserem kreativen Ausdruck und erforschen neue Bewegungs- und
Ausdrucksformen.
🌀 Impro-Tanz-Jam (ca. 20:00–21:30 Uhr)
Offene Tanz-Jam zum freien Eintauchen in Bewegung, Ausdruck und
Begegnung.

✨ Das ist keine Karnevalsparty...
...und doch eine Einladung, Lebenskraft, Vielfalt, Spiel und Verbundenheit zu feiern!

• Offener & achtsamer Improvisationsraum (weitgehend barrierefrei).
• Entspanntes Ankommen ab 18:00. Kommen & Gehen jederzeit möglich
• Begrenzte Teilnehmerzahl (Anmeldung erwünscht)

expression beyond Jeckness.
This Impro-Dance-LAB is open to everyone — whether you're beginner or
pro, alone or together, a carnival fan or a carnival sceptic. You are
invited to explore and live your own expressiveness,
just as you are right now.

🌀 Impro Dance Lab (6:30–8:00 p.m.)
Through exercises from dance, performance and theatre, we will get in touch
with our creative expression and explore new forms of movement and
expression.
🌀 Impro Dance Jam (approx. 8:00–9:30 p.m.)
Open dance jam for free immersion in movement, expression and
encounter.

✨This is not a carnival party...
...and yet it is an invitation to celebrate vitality, diversity, playfulness and
connectedness!
