As autumn settles and the year begins to soften, we gather for an evening of rest, reflection, and renewal.
This month’s theme — Deep Rest & Gratitude — invites us to slow down, nourish ourselves, and honor all that has carried us through the year.

  • Closing chant & tea
  • Reiki Healing

Bring your journal, a cup for the tea, wear something cozy, and come as you are.
Together, we’ll create a gratitude altar and share blessings before winter’s quiet.
