Yoga Blitz offers an energizing and transformative session combining Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Pranayama.
🔥 What to Expect?
Dynamic Standing Series: 9 rounds of 5 standing asanas to activate strength and stability.
Energizing Sun Salutations: Flowing sequence paired with visualisation to deepen your connection to the earth and sun.
Peak Pose Challenge: In April, we will focus on jumping to Crow Stand, into Handstand, and back to Crow Stand—modifications are available for all levels.
Core Strengthening: 5 targeted core exercises to build power and endurance.
Breath of Fire on Drum & Bass: Three rounds of 3-minute breathwork sessions to fuel your inner fire, with breath retention in between.
Deep Savasana: A guided relaxation to integrate the practice and reach a profound level of stillness like never before.
🕒 Schedule & Essentials
Duration: 1.5 hours of practice + extra time for biking/cooling down.
Plan for 2 hours total.
🎒 What to Bring:
A water bottle—hydration is key.
Your meditation pillow—for core work.
A (non-slip) yoga mat—you’ll sweat a lot.
Leave feeling stronger, centered, and fully recharged—body, mind, and spirit.
