🇺🇦Teach IT Basics💻 to Ukrainian Teens and Adults Volunteering Info Session

Details

I would like to forward this volunteering opportunity for teaching Ukrainian Teens and Adults basic computer skills and foundations of programming in Munich.
ReDi school organizes computer courses ran by volunteers https://www.redi-school.org/
For participation in the Volunteering Info Session on Tuesday use the Eventbrite registration link https://www.eventbrite.de/e/fall-2022-volunteer-info-sessions-tickets-324576997537

I (Jeff) have already volunteered at ReDi teaching frontend skills in 2020 and lego mindstorms robotics for kids this summer 2022

For some reason this dev rel group was abandoned, that's why I became a new admin. I have participated in two meetups pre covid in this group and enjoyed them a lot, so I would like to preserve the group. If you have any ideas concerning the group feel free to reach out to me (Jeff).

Here is the original message from ReDi about volunteering (side note: there is one course held in English for which no Russian/Ukrainian knowledge is necessary, also there is a possibility of organizing workshops):
...The school still needs quite a few Ukrainian/Russian speaking volunteers for the autumn semester for all 3 of its programs (youth, literacy, and career). Since you help run a Meetup group full of Russian speakers, I was wondering if you might consider telling them about ReDI and encouraging them to volunteer with us? I will be hosting a virtual information session on August 30 at 19:00, maybe you could direct interested member of your group to the registration link here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/fall-2022-volunteer-info-sessions-tickets-324576997537 We still need teachers for teens and adults to teach: IT Basics (no need to know how to program for this one), Intro to Computer Science, and Python programming.Any help finding Russian speakers would be much appreciated...
