Are you a Developer, IT Consultant, Solutions Architect or Engineering Manager that is passionate about designing and delivering software that satisfies customers, achieves business goals while being technically sound? And you want to improve your skills and knowledge or being simply interested in learning more about tech leadership roles in today's business world? Then this Meetup is for you.

🗃️🧐 This time we're going to talk about the role of architects and organizational anti-patterns. Do architects have a right to exist in an agile world? Who should be allowed to make decisions about how systems get built? Who has the last word?

Our agenda:

• We'll start with an interactive session on Architects and Organizational Anti-Patterns with Jonathan Wiens (director IT consulting) and Benjamin Rolof (agile expert)
• Recap on High Performing Teams
• And maybe most importantly: Networking in a nice surrounding with good people

WHERE?
Mollstraße 1, 10178 Berlin – not far from Alexanderplatz, directly opposite the SoHo House. The Meetup will take place in the joint office of CARIAD and diconium, where we will take over the ground floor café. Due to security reasons, all visitors of the Meetup have to be properly logged in with their clear names 🛂 Just FYI, it's all super uncomplicated. And: The fridge will be well stocked & of course there's FOOD 🌮🧃
