We will hear 2 fantastic speakers specialized in building multi-brand design systems:

Navigating complexity with Multi-Brand, Multi-Theme design systems by Murat Dinçer
Tokens and variables are reshaping the governance landscape for Design Systems. The talk will cover how 'centralized governance' is practically applied to enhance efficiency, with real-world examples drawn from Delivery Hero. Gain insights into the origins of tokens, the impactful potential of theming, and the valuable lessons learned from the evolution of the Cape Design System in successfully addressing these challenges.

Murat Dinçer - Murat is currently working as the Lead Interaction Designer at Delivery Hero's Cape Design System. With a background in design consultancy and leadership roles at IBM iX, he has led design system projects for brands including Coca-Cola, Haribo, Nescafe, Fiat, Unilever, and Turkcell. Some of his passions are free diving, pottery and flying drones.

Packing a design system by Ivan Banov
Design systems are a great way to ensure consistency in your product. But how do you make sure that it is properly distributed to enable multi products? In this talk, we will discuss how to set a design system up to be easily consumed by other teams

Ivan Banov - Ivan is a software engineer focused on scaling UIs by building design systems with Elm and Typescript.
