This is a beginner-friendly, martial-arts-inspired session focused on building discipline, health, confidence, and calm under pressure through simple, structured practice.

What we’ll do (120 min)
• Mobility + warm-up (joint-friendly, realistic)
• Fundamentals: posture, balance, footwork, coordination
• Short training blocks for strength & conditioning
• Optional partner-drill concepts shown in a safe way
• Quick focus/breath reset to finish
