I’m excited to invite you to a special session where I’ll be sharing insights from my personal journey of practicing mindfulness for over ten years. Originally from India, I’ve spent the last decade exploring the transformative power of breath and presence.

In this introductory session, I’ll guide you through a simple yet powerful breathing technique and explain the science behind how mindfulness positively impacts our nervous system, focus, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this is a space for learning, reflection, and meaningful connection.
