How to have a career working on the world’s most pressing problems

Join this workshop to learn about how you could have more impact with your career in a way that works for you. You will learn about impactful career paths and how to compare them, and you will explore your own fit for these paths in interactive exercises.

The workshop will be led by Patrick and is an adaptation of one he gave at EAGxNordic 2025. Patrick leads the career advising team at Successif, a nonprofit that helps people transition into new careers, reducing AI risk. He has been part of the EA Munich organizing team since 2020 and served as co-director at EA Germany, where he conducted career advising sessions with dozens of individuals.
