🗣️ Our Speakers & Talks

The Sweet Spot: Burning Bright Without Burning Out
This session is an open, empowering invitation to build awareness and explore the balance between high performance and well-being. We’ll examine what burnout is, look closely at systemic factors and the subtle drivers that push us into chronic stress, as well as the psychological patterns that keep us stuck there. Together, we’ll dive into actionable strategies to break these stress cycles, reclaim our energy, and cultivate lasting balance in both our professional and personal lives.
Aga Gałaj
Aga is an ECA-certified systemic coach, mentor, and psychologist dedicated to guiding people toward sustainable well-being and career fulfillment. The art of perspective: how systemic awareness can help transform your work and life
In today’s fast-moving world, clarity and resilience come from *how* you see things not just *what* you do. This session introduces systemic awareness: understanding our challenges through four “flight levels”: cultural, structural, relational, and individual. Drawing on systems theory and neuroscience, we'll explore how these perspectives can help navigate complexity, make better decisions, and create meaningful change in both professional and personal life.
