Explore Your Creativity!

Do you feel the desire to express yourself creatively, but your inner critic is standing in your way? Or do you simply lack access to inspiration? Then this meetup is for you!

Let's get together and explore how to experience relaxation, joy and fulfillment through creativity. Next to discussing and sharing experiences, obstacles and tips around creativity, we'll use exercises to practice connecting with ourselves and getting into a creative flow.

It doesn't matter if you already make art or not, this is about learning and trying out.

Note: Allowing time to your creative self is already a first important step!

What to bring along:

• paper and something to draw/write with
• something to sit on, like a blanket
