We’re starting a 5-day fasting phase together on April 17 — with daily accountability, support, and structure.
This kickoff session is for everyone who wants to join.
In this session:
- Short introductions
- Choose your approach (Buchinger fasting or fasting-mimicking)
- Clarify how the 5-day process will work
- Set expectations for daily check-ins
💬 During the 5 days:
- Daily short check-ins (10–15 minutes, online)
- Accountability and motivation
- Support through challenging moments
🎯 Goal:
Stay consistent, complete the 5 days, and experience the benefits — together.
Duration: ~30 minutes
Format: Online (Zoom / Google Meet)
Optional: We may organize short group walks around Zurich during the fasting days.
