1. Boarding time: 15:00-15:30, where we ask these questions like:
   What is one meaningful goal you would like to achieve with the help of the FirstFriday Community and why is it important to you?
2. Intro-Round: tell your name, what you do, what you bring into the community and what the community can do for you to bridge the gap.
3. Pause to eat the food and network
4. Workshop with Milap Singh, where we learn, build, co-create and deploy together a meaningful community project based on the needs of our community.
