Flensburg Language Exchange Meetups: Welcome!
We are thrilled to have you here! This group is dedicated to helping people in Flensburg practice, teach, and learn new languages through real, in-person conversation and cultural exchange.

Our Mission
To connect language learners and native speakers in and around Flensburg for fun, supportive, and effective language practice. This is a place for social learning, making friends, and discovering new cultures right here in our city!

Our Regular Meetup!
The heart of our group is our weekly, in-person gathering. Come join us!

• When: Every Friday
• Time: 19:30 - 21:00
• Where: A cafe in the city center (location details to be defined every week) or, if the weather is beautiful, we will meet at a spot along the Flensburg Fjord. Please be aware that everyone is responsible for paying for their own drinks and food (consumption) at the cafe during the event.
• How it works: We encourage the 50/50 rule! Spend half the time speaking your target language (e.g., German) and the other half speaking your partner's target language (e.g., English). Otherwise find a group where it i possible to practice a specific target language. Don't be shy - everyone is here to learn!

GROUP RULES (HIGHLY IMPORTANT)
Membership requires full understanding and acceptance of all rules listed herein:

1. English Language: To maintain a cohesive and universally accessible conversation, all group interactions on web social channels (Facebook, Meetup, etc.) must be conducted in English. Content posted in other languages will be removed.
2. Be Kind and Respectful: No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks is allowed in this group. Treat every member, regardless of any human, skill and preference factor, with high and absolute respect.
3. No Spam: Do not post unrelated business advertisements, affiliate links, or repeated messages. This group is for FREE language exchange, not commercial gain of any sort.
4. Target Users: All learners and speakers of all languages that desire to improve language skills and international friendship connections, with the modality described into this set of group essential rules, are more than welcome in this group.
5. Respect Privacy: Information shared in the group must stay in the group, especially regarding personal meetup details.
   Everyone which is interested in taking part to the group must follow the group subscription process and accept the complete set of group essential rules herein presented.
6. Enforcement and Consequences of Rule Violation: Failure to comply with any or any part of these rules will result in permanent removal from the group.
   All decisions made by the group Admin are final and not subject to appeal.
