We’re thrilled to welcome Amy Dabbs for an inspiring FLINTA-led masterclass at House of Music! 💫
In this session, Amy will share her personal journey — from DJing to full-time music production — including the highs, the challenges, and the lessons she’s learned along the way. She’ll speak about:
🎧 Transitioning from DJing to producing
🎛 Learning Ableton & developing her creative process
🏷 Working with labels and starting her own (Dabbs Traxx)
⚖️ Balancing a music career with a day job
In the second half of the masterclass, Amy will do a live breakdown of one of her released tracks, showing her workflow — from percussion building and layering sounds to overcoming creative blocks and finishing tracks.
