Talk 1 - Building a Serverless Quizmaster Multi-Agent System with Kiro and Bedrock AgentCore - Level 300 (30min)

• Description: Multi-agent systems fail in ways single-prompt chatbots don't: agents drift, loop, and produce inconsistent outputs that are hard to reproduce. This Level 300 session builds a three-agent technical-trivia system using Kiro's spec workflow to turn requirements into EARS-format acceptance criteria that make required behaviors explicit. We'll implement the agents with the Strands Agents SDK, test them locally before deploying, then ship to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime with cross-session state in AgentCore Memory and tool access gated through AgentCore Gateway. Attendees will learn how to apply spec-driven design to multi-agent systems, decompose problems into cooperating agents with the Strands SDK, and operate them in production on AgentCore.

Talk 2 - From Idea to Production — Spec-Driven Development with AWS Kiro IDE - Level 300 (30min)

• Description: AI coding tools have changed how we build software. Spec-Driven Development (SDD) takes it further: write structured specs before you build, and give AI the context it needs to deliver consistent, production-ready results. We'll cover the SDD workflow, a live look at AWS Kiro IDE, and when to reach for specs to get the most out of your AI coding assistant.
