Do you ever feel like you're standing in your own way? In this session, we’ll explore the psychology of self-sabotage and uncover the hidden patterns that keep us stuck. Drawing on insights from psychology, we’ll look at practical strategies to recognize and overcome self-sabotaging behaviors.
