How do you actually finish a game within a reasonable amount of time and without going mad? It's a skill called game production, and we're going to have a panel discussion between Ryan Herve (formerly Amplitude), Philomena Schwab (Stray Fawn), and Jeremy Spillman (Blindflug) on how to do it. Moderated by David Stark, whose last quick six-month game project ended up taking ten years.
