The real question is: how do we use it intelligently?
Kultur-Technik 2026: The Human–Digital Synthesis draws from the European idea that technology is an extension of human culture.
In this interactive session, we bring together the Women in Big Data Berlin community to explore how humans and AI will collaborate, build, and evolve together.
This is not a passive event—
it’s a space to learn, discuss, and create together.
The event is hosted by Ojin AixHaus.
Ojin AixHaus is the new, collaborative community space in Berlin Mitte, where scientists, machine learning engineers, founders, creators, and AI enthusiasts come together to build and learn about the future of AI.
Ojin AixHaus is free to join, open for startups in residency applications and is currently curating their 2026 events calendar. If you have a burning idea for an event, meetup or hackathon - bring your fire, they bring the space!

1. Choose and Participate Your Workshop (60 mins)
Participants will get to choose and join one of two parallel tracks onsite, and co-create a “chapter” for the final showcase.
🧠 TECH TRACK: Collective Intelligence & AI in Companies

How do companies truly get the best out of AI? The answer: collective intelligence.
This session explores:

• What collective intelligence means in practice
• Which tasks and roles will evolve with AI
• Whether AI replaces work—or creates new opportunities

Designing end-to-end AI solutions at scale—thinking through how humans and AI systems collaborate to deliver impact for millions of users.

A conceptual demonstration of a “context-aware agent architecture”
🌟 IDENTITY TRACK: Visibility & Personal Branding in the Age of AI

In a world where content and ideas can be generated at scale, how do you stay visible, credible, and distinctive?
This session explores:

• How to position your human voice in an AI-driven landscape
• What defines authenticity and value in 2026
• How to use AI as a co-creator, not a replacement

Define your personal narrative, identify your unique “signal,” and build a strategic approach to visibility through guided exercises and peer exchange.

A “Visible Self Prototype”—your personal positioning, key content angles, and a simple plan to build credibility and presence in an AI-shaped world
2. Grand Finale: The 2026 Showcase (45 mins)
We come together to share insights from each group:

• Tech track presents the “Brain” (AI Agent concept)
• Capabilities track presents the “Voice” (Personal Brand & Visibility Strategy in the AI era)

We will have networking afterwards where you can continue sharing your ideas!
