Most of us experience a lot of change in these times. Changes in how we
organize our work and what our product or service is. And for some of us
this gets combined with fears around their economic future, their own
health and the health of their loved ones.
So in a certain way this is like Agile in extreme. A lot of change, some
of it is out of our control and we still want to act smartly in the
midst of uncertainty.
This is exactly a situation where a mindfulness practice really helps.
Mindfulness can support you to stay grounded and calm and to act from a place of concentration and clarity. It will help yourself personally and
as a consequence your organization.
In the 30 minutes I will guide you through a meditation that is
especially designed to help with facing uncertainty and (unwanted) change.
