🚀 Everyone wants to use AI, but not every problem is an AI problem. The real challenge for product managers isn’t just knowing what’s possible with AI—it’s spotting the problems where it can actually make a difference. This session takes a critical look at how product managers can identify problems worth solving with AI, integrate AI into more holistic solutions, and avoid the trap of building shiny features no one needs. Expect practical stories and provocative ideas to inspire your own AI product journey.
🔈 Ailian Gan is Director of Product at Grammarly, where she leads teams building AI-powered agents—from Grammarly’s classic proofreader to new categories of productivity agents that help people communicate and work more effectively. Earlier in her career, Ailian was the first Product Manager at Front, an email productivity startup. She was also an early employee at an ML startup focused on search and personalization.
