6. Gründerfrühstück Rhein-Main

During the next Frühstück, we'd like to dedicate half of the time to our monthly topic — "Customer Relationship Management". This is not limited to CRM software or tools, but should be about everything we want to talk about regarding our customers: How do we communicate with them? How do we get in touch with them? How do we handle feedback? etc.

We would like to take the other half of our time to talk about the Gründerfrühstück itself. Where are we headed as a community? What are the next steps? How can we improve the events? Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for this :)
