Munirah is a 500-hour certified Yoga teacher, postpartum massage therapist, cacao facilitator & sound bath lover with over a decade of personal practice. Her deep connection to Yoga began as a path to healing from chronic illness and trauma. Over the years, her Yoga practice transformed her mindset, body image and sense of purpose.
In Munirah's classes, you'll explore the holistic benefits of Yoga - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - in a supportive and non-judgemental space. She believes that Yoga is a lifelong path to self-mastery and hopes to inspire students with her devotion, curiosity, and deep understanding of Yoga’s capacity to heal and empower.
