What is Shabd Yoga?

Shabd Yoga is an ancient meditation practice that connects you directly to your inner light and sound current (called Shabd). Shabd is the all-encompassing, everlasting current that resonates within each of us – the creative power behind all. Throughout history, Shabd has been given many names – Word, Logos, Holy Spirit – but it is not tied to any religion or belief system.

Shabd Yoga is easy to learn and offers profound benefits:

Shabd Yoga is always taught completely free of charge and requires no physical abilities, prior knowledge or experience. It doesn’t involve any traditional yoga postures – you simply sit comfortably and listen inside i.e. meditate on the inner sound current which pulls you up.
