Power BI - Large Datasets and Incremental Refresh
This session is about incrementally refreshing Power BI's large semantic models, but it also mentions new capabilities of the Power BI Premium Gen 2 architecture, like hybrid tables.
The session will conclude with a demonstration of incremental refreshes, including on-demand load, asynchronous refreshes, and hybrid tables. Then, the different methods of managing large models will be compared.
Last, I will explain why I emphasize this: "There is no incremental refresh without preparing for a future initial load."
