Good food, good company, and an honest conversation about focus
In a world of endless notifications, AI doing our thinking, and feeds designed to pull us in every direction — when did you last feel truly focused?
Let's step away from the noise for an evening. Join a small, friendly circle for a relaxed picnic by the lake in Babelsberg Park, where we'll share food, share stories, and explore one of the most quietly important questions of our time: how do we protect our attention?
This is an easy, open conversation over a shared meal. Together we'll explore:
🎯 What focus means to each of us — and when we feel most (and least) present
📵 The pull of technology & information overload — and how we're each navigating it
🌱 What actually works — the small methods, rituals, and experiences that help us reclaim our attention
Come as you are, share as much or as little as you like, and leave with a few new connections and maybe a fresh idea or two. ✨

🧺 Bring something to share or not (as you wish;) — a snack, some fruit, a drink — picnic-style. Take a picnic mate if you want.
🎁 Free to join. If you enjoy the evening and want to support future gatherings, an optional donation is warmly welcome.
