Journaling is an amazing activity of self-reflection where words become the medium through which your internal world converses with itself. But what if not just your mind but your whole being enters the activity? What if your awareness expands beyond yourself so the whole place participates? Join us in this guided group journaling practice with a pre-journaling awareness activity followed by free journaling.
Whether you have been journaling since a while or thinking of taking it up for the first time, you are most welcome to join us and try out a self-reflection activity deeply rooted in a holistic approach to inner growth.

### Part1: Pre-journaling awareness activity ###

  1. Weather – We begin by noticing the weather outside
  2. Surroundings – Then we engage with the surroundings engaging all five senses – smell, taste, touch, sound and sight
  3. Sensation – Then we turn inward to be aware of any sensations present in the body in the moment
  4. Emotion – Finally we sense into the emotional undertone present in the moment

### Part 2: Free Journaling###
After the pre-journaling practice, we will begin to journal freely.

  • You are free to let your pen flow without judgment or structure.
  • Specific prompts will be available if you’d like extra inspiration.
  • This is a space for reflection, release, and discovery.

### Part 3: Feedback and Q&A###
You can provide some feedback on how the experience was and also ask questions about this specific technique.
