➡️ USER EXPERIENCE IN THE HEART AT JOCHEN SCHWEIZER (MYDAYS)

As you might have noticed, a lot of companies embellish themselves with this word, telling the world that they work user-centered, but what does this really mean? We are glad to have Laura Holder sharing her experience enabling each department of Jochen Schweizer mydays Group to work user-centered - it will cover their team structure, the collaboration with other departments and the "Book UX" as one of the outcomes.

💁🏻‍♀️ THE SPEAKER
Laura is a design conceptor/researcher living in Munich, with a Master in Designmanagement from the Macromedia University. She loves to solve problems in a creative environment. Her goal is to infect other people with her passion by putting herself in their shoes and finding creative solutions together with them. She always tries to use her empathy towards people to gain their trust, which helps her to gain knowledge about the users/customers and understand their needs and problems.
