About the hike
- A moderate, interpretive hike (~9 km / +460 m elevation) through beautiful beech and maple woods.
- Expect sweeping views toward Terminillo, the Navegna massif and glimpses of the sea.
- Approximately 90% of the time is spent hiking; about 10% will be guided explanations of local natural and cultural points of interest.
- Terrain can be uneven; the guide may alter the route or timing for safety (weather, fallen trees, etc.).

Difficulty & safety
- Difficulty: Moderate — some steep/uneven sections. Suitable for participants used to regular hiking.
- The guide (Sal) is a professional registered with the Italian Association of Interpretive Nature Guides (AIGAE). This activity is provided in accordance with EU legislation and Italian law no. 4 (2003). Final itinerary and duration may change at the guide’s discretion for safety reasons.
