🥾 Walking to Hohentwiel

With the greenery finally returning, it feels like the perfect time to head out for a relaxed walk up to Hohentwiel. The path to the castle ruins is short and easy about a 20-minute walk. But the real goal is to take our time, enjoy the surroundings, and explore the ruins together.
Think of it more as a casual get-together than a hike: a chance to wander, take in the views, and spend some time outdoors with good company. 😊

🚆 Getting there
From Tuttlingen, it’s about 50 minutes by public transport.
From Konstanz, around 40 minutes.

📍 Meeting point
We’ll meet at Singen-Landesgartenschau station, at the entrance towards the platform across from Auto Toni.
We’ll wait about 15 minutes before heading out together.

As much as we’d like to rely on optimism alone, the weather does get a say. If it’s rainy, we’ll likely cancel, since the views are a big part of the experience.
Hopefully, we’ll get a clear day!
