HR Tech Meetup Düsseldorf is a new group for professional people interested in Human Resources Management and Technology. We want to bring mind-like people together to share, discuss, and learn more about how tech and data can support HRM reaching business goals and help employees. Regular monthly meeting in-person are planned and will be announced shortly.
Topics include: Digitization of HR processes and HR software; People and HR Analytics (including Recruiting and Workforce Analytics); IT- and AI-based professional assessment (like CV analysis, video interviews, online-assessment and psychometric tests); Educational Technology (EdTech); Culture, Change Management and Technology; Digital Leadership; AI and GenAI in HRM; Robotics, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants in HRM; Ethics and law for HR tech (like the new EU AI Act).
So, there is a lot of to talk about, to exchange thoughts and experiences about HR tech topics, to meet new people and get inspired. Join us to be part of it!
