Anna-Lisa is in charge of People Management at the mobile learning startup Blinkist. She is a trained business mediator, and passionate about helping people to work together in a meaningful way. Blinkist has developed its own self-organized management system based around the organization’s core values. Every team member at Blinkist is empowered to operate autonomously. Extraordinary employee engagement is one of Blinkist’s biggest strengths and most exciting ongoing challenges.
Erika Enberg (VP Talent, door2door)
As the VP Talent at door2door, a tech company providing a software platform for ridesharing services, Erika is motivating and leading the expansion of a highly ambitious and diverse team. With team members from over 30 countries and offices in Berlin and Porto Alegre, Erika is applying her decade of experience in people’s management in fast growing startups around the world to engage with her peers and empower every team member to thrive. She is passionate about building scalable international teams, creating innovative work environments to retain and attract brilliant talents from around the world and is always looking to learn and share knowledge with her colleagues and the industry.
Robert Kearney (Talent and People Partner, Innogy Innovation Hub)
Rob started out in engineering specializing in lean and helping large aerospace companies in all things efficiency. He always had an interest in HR, and in 2012 jumped industries and professions. Now in 2017 Rob leads culture development in the Innogy Innovation Hub.
Daniel Bodonyi (Director, FLOW)
A former analyst at top global strategy consulting firm L.E.K. and the UN, Daniel spent three years advising a leading Japanese tech recruitment firm, and now manages people analytics startup FLOW, shortlisted as one of the Top 5 HR Disruptors at the HR Tech World Congress and a finalist at the Wharton People Analytics Conference.

Jenny is one of the co-founders of the HR tech startup Leapsome. She previously worked in media and clean tech in strategic and business roles with a focus on digitization and change.
