Your Inner Flame 3/4: From Setbacks to Learning in Motion
Details
Not every attempt that falls short becomes a learning experience. Sometimes we try, something doesn’t go as hoped — and instead of clarity or confidence, hesitation remains.
This workshop explores how to turn lived experience into learning that actually supports future action — without turning outcomes into judgments about ourself.
Our Focus for These 90 Minutes
We’ll work with real experiences that didn’t fully land and explore why some efforts don’t update confidence or trust. You’ll learn how to separate what happened from what you concluded — and how to re-enter action with less internal resistance.
The focus is not on fixing the past, but on restoring movement.
About This 4-Part Series
This workshop is part of the Inner Flame series and is fully standalone. You’re welcome to join even if you haven’t attended any previous sessions. Each workshop offers a complete learning experience.
To Get the Full Value, Participation Is Key
Please bring one recent experience where you showed up — but feel hesitant to try again.
For example:
- A conversation or attempt that didn’t go as hoped
- A decision you made that left you unsure about repeating the effort
- A situation where you engaged, but now feel cautious about re-entering
This experience will be your working material during the session.
What You’ll Need
- A notebook and pen (or digital notes)
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- Willingness to revisit experience without self-blame
Warmly,
Christopher
