Indie Hackers User Group Cologne: Episode 3

The third Indie Hackers User Group Cologne is coming!

Each meetup we will try to organize 1-2 short prepared talks, afterwards anyone is free to present their own projects / ideas / tools afterwards. If you know of any cool resources / (e)books / YouTube videos that might be interesting, feel free to present that, too!!

Programme (always in beta):

#1: Y Combinator Startup School Founders Track
Hanke will talk about his experience with the Y Combinator Startup School Founders Track (their online incubator programme), show you how they do the mentoring etc. and describe why he thinks its an awesome opportunity for every startup.

#2: Tools for Day-to-Day-Management
Oliver wants to do a short collaborative knowledge gathering session on the tools that you use in business (and personal) life to keep organized and be efficient.

Guidelines:

• Be respectful. Respect people's time, attention, personal choices, and personal boundaries, this is a civilized place for discussion and conversation.

• Keep it Private. Anything private that is shared in the User Group, stays in the User Group (since we will also present internal numbers and such). If you're not sure, ask the person who told you that info. Use common sense.

• Don't be a douchebag.

Background:

Indie Hackers User Group Cologne is a place for founders, bootstrappers, developers, hackers, business developers to share projects, skills, knowledge and interests.

The focus is for independent developers / founders / bootstrapped startups that have created or want to create businesses / side-projects that make money through revenue streams / customers (and not through external investment).

(Sidenote, since a couple of people thought this: This is not a coding workshop or a programming learning session.)
