Join us for a grounding, restorative experience in Niddapark, where we will explore how our senses can guide us back to balance and create deeper nervous system awareness.

Through walking meditation, breathwork, and guided sensory awareness, you will learn how to:

✨ Cultivate presence and reduce stress & overwhelm
✨ Use sensory awareness to reconnect with your body
✨ Experience nature as a tool for emotional balance

🌱 What to Expect:
🌿 Walking Meditation – Slow down and tune into your body as we take a mindful walk through nature.
🌬️ Breathwork for Grounding – Simple, soothing breath techniques to support relaxation and presence.
👁️ Guided Sensory Awareness – A seated meditation exploring the five senses to heighten awareness and connection.
🎵 If it’s not too cold: Short sound healing session to relax the mind & body.
🍵 Reflection & Sharing Over Snacks – A relaxed space to integrate and share your experience with the group.

▶️ 🚝 We’ll meet at 10.00hrs outside Niddapark U-bahn Station and walk from there. Across the S-Bahn station Ginnheim-mitte.

🌿 What to Bring:
• Something comfortable to sit / lie-down on the grass for the meditation and sound (yoga mat or blanket)
• Water or tea for hydration
• Comfortable WARM clothing for movement and sitting outdoors
• An open mind & curiosity to explore your senses

This free gathering is open to anyone interested in stress & burnout relief, nervous system regulation, and mindful connection to nature. Whether you’re new to this or already familiar with nervous system work, you are welcome.
