After a long break due to Covid19 it's time for InsurTech Meetup Vol.13!

Our meetup connects startups, entrepreneurs, corporates and consultants. You'll learn about corporate innovation and trends in the insurance industry, listen to selected InsurTech startup pitches, discuss challenges and network with the InsurTech community. The event is hosted in collaboration with ERGO Lab at the ERGO Lab inside the Factory Mitte.

About the ERGO Lab:
The ERGO Innovation Lab is part of the ERGO Group, one of the leading insurance companies in Europe, operating in 26 countries world wide. Located in the Factory Berlin Mitte, our interdisciplinary teams work on the forefront of new technologies, mainly on IoT and virtual reality, but also on metaverse, blockchain and crypto, regarding insurance, finance and risk.
Our VR team is currently developing virtual simulations for internal purposes like workshops and coachings for ERGO sales representatives. They are also working on creative possibilities to apply insurance services and processes into the metaverse. Their goal is to make ERGO become the first insurance company that sells their products in the metaverse.
Meanwhile our IoT team is creating game changing technological tools to prevent accidents or, in the worst case, contain them and provide support. One of their products they are working on is a security system that warns or informs authorities, insurance companies and customers in an emergency, controlled by a smartphone application.
