They partner with the Academy of Executive Coaching, AoEC, to deliver ICF accredited coaching programs in Switzerland tailored for leaders wanting to become independent coaches or to use coaching skills in their workplace.

The quality of planet earth’s air, land and water ecosystems are deteriorating at an alarming rate. Science based indicators unequivocally point to the fact that the tipping point on climate change is already here.

The Impact Regeneration Game is a fun and engaging way to explore what
each of us can do ourselves through insight and informed decision making to make a positive impact.
In a fun high energy conversation, we explore:
 The daily choices we make as CEO’s of our own lives
 The influence we have in our communities and organisations and where and how we choose to lead
 The commitment to action to make a positive impact

Andy Dickson is Head of customer solutions at Impact and created the Impact Regeneration Game as an experiential, interactive format that allows us all to recognise the part we can all play in tackling the complex challenges we face as humanity that sometimes seem too big for us to influence.

SUMMER
Summer is a time when the hive is working at full capacity. Wild meadows hum to the sound of busy bees. Trees such as lime and acacia are in full bloom. A colony of bees may peak at over 30,000 individual members, all working as one macro-organism. A new queen may be reared, and a colony may also reproduce by forming a swarm.

Inside organisations we may be halfway through an annual plan, new products may be launched, and key milestones should have been met. It's also a time for summer vacation and reflection.
