If you've read Bee Wise - 12 Leadership Lessons from Inside a Busy Hive and would like to talk about it or you've not read it yet and would like to learn more come and join us.
Some of the 12 Guest Writers will join us online too.
We will focus on the three chapters and themes from Summer;
SUMMER
Summer is a time when the hive is working at full capacity. Wild meadows hum to the sound of busy bees. Trees such as lime and acacia are in full bloom. A colony of bees may peak at over 30,000 individual members, all working as one macro-organism. A new queen may be reared, and a colony may also reproduce by forming a swarm.
Inside organisations we may be halfway through an annual plan, new products may be launched, and key milestones should have been met. It's also a time for summer vacation and reflection.
In this section, we look at:
Chapter 4 - Productivity: Busy as a Bee
Chapter 5 - Continuous Learning: A Worker Bee's Career
Chapter 6 - Decision-Making: The Swarm
