THE PROBABLY MOST BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS MARKET AROUND MUNICH IS THE ONE IN GLENTLEITEN.
WE COMBINE AN EASY HIKE AND THE VISIT OF AN EXTRAORDINARY CHRISTMAS MARKET WITH THE SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE OF AN OLD CHARMING MUSEUM VILLAGE.

Glentleiten offers only that weekend an amazing Christmas market in a museum village with about 70 original houses from the last 500 years.
When it becomes dark and all the lights are lit we step into another world.
We can walk back with torches to have a great finish.

Train RB 6 leaves 10:32 in Munich. Arrival 11:34 in Ohlstadt at the station.
There we meet all.

We start with an easy hike to Glentleiten (2h).
About 16:30 we walk back to catch the train 19:25.
You can shorten the way back with the shuttle bus to Schwaiganger.
