Talk: I'm Spiritual - Why Do I Still Feel Empty

Hi, we are an international reformed evangelical church here in Berlin Tiergarten.

As a protestan church, we saw a lot of people in germany who were raised christian but eventually left the church. This has been the trend in the EU as well.

However, on the same time, there has been a movement to be more spiritual or to fill in what people call "spiritual emptyness". Some is connecting to the nature, talk about mindfulness, meditation or even yoga (or yoga retreat for spirituality).

We will explore whether these modern times spirituality do really fill the emptyness people felt in their lives, and to double on it, we are also going to talk about what was missing in the spirituality of the people in the church, that causes so many christians to leave the church. We believe the church is not without faults as well.
