Hike through Zeitzgrund from Stadtroda to Hermsdorf

We will be hiking from Stadtroda to Hermsdorf. This will be a moderate 13 km hike with 190 m up and 70 m down. The hike goes through the so called Zeitzgrund. A beautiful valley along the train tracks.

The plan is to meet at Jena West train station. We will be taking the train
RE 3 (3907) at 11:22. Which means we will be in Stadtroda at 11:34.
