Hike to Zietschkuppe and Pfingstrosen of Gleistal

14 km long (strenuous in parts)

"Zietschkuppe" is a mountain (321 m) that is part of the valley "Gleistal" that connects Saaletal with Bürgel. It is a landmark and famous for its beautiful view into the valley.
Sure-footedness is required on the way down.

"Pfingstrose" are flowers that used to be cultivated in that valley. See this Komoot tour for some pictures.
