Pfalz Hike: Gräfenhausen, Sommerfelsen, Jungpfalzhütte, Annweiler, 8 km, 250 hm

Join us for a hike in Pfalz/ Palatinate, near the beautiful small town of Annweiler. We're going to have some nice views across the valley, visit several interesting rock formations and a restaurant in the forest - good for drinks, cake and bathroom breaks.
We can do a bit of simple climbing on Sommerfelsen, but that's completely optional of course.

Getting there:

• Take the RE to Neustadt from Karlsruhe Hbf, track 1, 11:05
• then change to an RB (direction Pirmasens) in Landau Hbf
• and finally Bus 523 in Albersweiler to Gräfenhausen Ortsmitte.
• We're going back from Annweiler.

What to bring:

• at least 1-2 litres of water
• food for lunch time
• sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing
