Power & Spirituality: A breath of fresh air

We will start the year with a breath of fresh air and invite the power of our breathing to speak to us through mindful breathing and movement.

When we listen to our vital energy sometimes we can receive and share insights that thinking alone would not have shown us.

Where will it guide us in the new year?

The location is the "Schwarze Katze" (easy to recognize by the black cat symbol) at Fettstraße 23, near the Christuskirche subway station.
When you enter the basement entrance, you’ll find us on the left in the group room.

About the location:
The Schwarze Katze is a space for various social libertarian groups (such as the FAU union) and has a mostly German library offering a selection of books that critically engage with the topic of power, especially anarchism, but also feminism, education, and many other related subjects.
