Leticia is a Brazilian Senior UX Researcher and Service Designer, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Design and Technology, with a research focus on prompt design and Human-AI Interaction. With experience in consulting, fintech, and digital transformation, she explores how generative AI can augment research practices while preserving critical thinking, ethics, and user-centred design.
