How many? Product Backlogs / Product Owners

Join us in understanding the mechanics behind having multiple backlogs in your organisation.

We are going to work together to understand the pro's and con's of having multiple Backlogs. We are going to use system modelling (causal loop diagrams (CLD)) to uncover what happens if we decrease/increase the number of backlogs in our organisation. This part will happen in small groups.
