We are thrilled to announce our first event as the new co-host of the Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Community Munich!

Join us at the Testifi GmbH office as we dive into our journey with LeSS and share valuable lessons learned along the way.

Testifi is a Munich-based startup specializing in advanced SaaS solutions for software quality management. Over the past year, we started implementing LeSS in our organization to scale Agile principles effectively.

During the event, we'll cover:

• The "Why": Why we chose LeSS and our goals for adopting it.
• Status Quo: Where we stand today and the challenges we've faced.
• Lessons Learned: Key takeaways from our experience so far.
• Next Steps: What’s coming next in our LeSS journey.

After an introductory presentation, we’ll open the floor for an interactive discussion. While we’re happy to share our story and answer questions, we encourage participants to contribute their experiences, ensuring everyone leaves with practical insights and good practices they can apply.

• Public Transport: We are located directly next to the PEP shopping mall, just a short walk from the U-Bahn station Neuperlach Zentrum.
• Parking: Limited public parking spots are available in front of our office. Additional parking is available at the PEP shopping mall.
