LSLab Berlin Oct 2024: Navigating Career Crossroads with LS

Life is filled with pivotal moments, and our careers often lead us to unforeseen crossroads. How do we navigate these paths when the possibilities feel both vast and uncertain?

Whether you're seeking clarity on your next step, reaffirming your current direction, or looking for fresh insights and inspiration, this session offers the perfect space to reflect, connect, and explore new horizons together - using Liberating Structures.

Using the theme of career (re)evaluation as our example, we’ll experiment with the following structures and Structures-in-Development:

• Anxiety Circus (LS in Development)
• Conversation Café
• Future-Present (LS in Development)

We will focus on the experience. Not teaching LS. This is a lab, where we learn, explore, and experiment together.

Doors open at 6.30 pm for arriving and mingling. We will start the string on time at 7pm. Our host Adesso will provide beverages and some snacks.

A reminder: you don't have to have any experience with Liberating Structures to join us! Just an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment and learn. That's why we call it a 'Lab' - we are practicing together in a safe space how to engage and unleash everyone using these dynamic methods.
