LSLab Berlin 9.4 @Bayer: Reflect, Reset & Step Into 2026 with Confidence
Details
### Our last LSLab Berlin Meet-up Event of 2025!
Is it a Christmas miracle? Maybe. What we do know is that we’re ending the year together, with intention, play, and a bit of collective courage.
## Our Theme: Looking Back & Looking Forward — Building Confidence for 2026
This time of year naturally invites reflection. But our Design Team also noticed something else: 2025 has been a tough year for many teams, leaders, and humans.
And 2026 isn’t slowing down.
So we asked ourselves:
What if we could help people close the year not exhausted, but energized? Not uncertain, but more confident?
That’s why we designed this December session around:
- Reflecting on what shaped us this year
- Looking ahead at what we want to bring into 2026
- Exploring practical ways to build confidence (individually & with our teams)
- Adding a playful twist — because confidence grows where there’s curiosity and connection
Our string of Liberating Structures is crafted to help you tap into clarity, courage, and possibility as you step into a new year. Perhaps the string of structures will inspire you to explore ways to do this type of inclusive reflection with your team.
## Our Host
We’re thrilled to return to Bayer, who generously offered their space again after hosting one of our largest sessions ever earlier this year (60 people!).
We had a fantastic mix of Bayer colleagues and LSLab community members — and we hope to recreate that buzz.
## Important Notes
✔️ Bring your photo ID
Bayer security requires all guests to check in with identification.
Please register using your full first and last name, matching your ID.
✔️ About the format
We don’t debrief during the session — on purpose.
LSLab is a practice space that mirrors real-work application: learning through doing, engaging, and experimenting.
Questions are welcome during the break and after the close.
✔️ New to Liberating Structures? Totally fine.
You don’t need any prior experience.
We’re a community of practitioners at all levels — beginners, experienced facilitators, agilists, OD/L&D folks, and people simply looking for better ways to help humans collaborate.
You’ll learn by participating, not by being taught.
